* A monthly rent for the Room 306 is 70,000 yen for single occupancy and 46,000 yen per person with two person sharing. The other charges are the same as above.
* The above fees include internet access fee, gas, water and electricity.
* When a student vacates the dormitory,the deposit minus a 5,000.yen cleaning fee will be refunded. The entrance fee will not be refunded.
* Duration of a contract of the dormitory is 6 month., Renewal charge of 30,000 yen is required every 6 month.
* If you need bedding materials you may reserve them at the time of dormitory contract. The charge for bedding material (sheets etc) is either 8,000 yen or 13,000 yen.
